What is the meeting point in airports?
In Amsterdam (Schiphol) airport, you can follow the gray signs that say 'meeting point'. If you have booked your ride with the 'Meet & greet' option, the driver will wait there for you with a sign that has your name on it . By default, you have to contact the driver after you have landed. The driver details will always be provided to you.
How can I change my booking?
You can call +31 6 11 11 18 58 or WhatsApp us to change your booking. By default, this is possible up to 24 hours prior to the ride, free of charge. If you have booked your ride with the 'Flex' option, this is possible up to 3 hours prior to the ride, free of charge.
Is there a waiting time in airports?
Yes, if you have booked a ride from an airport, the driver will wait 70 minutes after landing. After those 70 minutes the ride will be marked as a 'no-show' and you will not get refunded. Be sure to contact your driver after landing, or choose the option 'Meet & greet' for your peace of mind.
Do you do door-to-door transfers?
Yes, you can book a ride from two locations that can be anything. So the ride doesn’t have to be from an airport or to an airport, but can be from anywhere. As long as the pick-up location or the drop-off location are in the Netherlands, it’s fine. But they cannot be both abroad.

Yes, you can book a ride from an airport , anywhere in Europe, to a destination in the Netherlands. Or from a destination, anywhere in Europe, to an airport in the Netherlands. As long as the pick-up and drop-off location are not both abroad, it’s fine.

What are the payment methods?
The payment methods are creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB), iDeal (common in the Netherlands) and Paypal (if none of the prior payment methods suit you). Unfortunatley, you cannot pay in the taxi by cash, it's only pre-pay.
Can I get a refund after I have paid?
Yes, if you request the refund up to 24 hours prior to the ride, you will get a full refund minus the costs of the payment provider (2.9% of the amount + €0.30). If you have booked your ride with the 'Flex' option, you can request a refund up to 3 hours prior to the ride. The same costs apply.
